The purpose of Health Checks is to perform an analysis of the server configuration including the underlying services (such as hardware resource, disk and network). Health Checks are executed manually by a Steltix SupportDesk employee.
The outcome of the Health Checks is reported by Steltix TopDesk Operation Management system upon the applicable frequency for that specific Health Check.
If required, Steltix Support desk can trigger Call Management based upon the condition/outcome of the Health Check.
Health Checks can be adjusted by mutual agreement between Customer and Steltix.
