Oracle Gold Partner Steltix takes over Pyxis Consulting Group.
Acquisition opens up new markets and strengthens current supply.

Utrecht, March 12, 2010 - Steltix, the European supplier of IT solutions based on Oracle applications and technology, has taken over the Pyxis Consulting Group. Pyxis Consulting Group is a certified Oracle partner from Germany that is active in the life science market and the market for medical instruments. They offer the Oracle Accelerate Solutions, including market-specific process knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The takeover is fully in line with the strategy of Steltix to expand considerably its portfolio of Oracle applications in Europe and to add industry-specific knowledge.

Both Steltix and Pyxis Consulting Group have many years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. In addition, they have gained a lot of experience with Oracle applications in the areas of business intelligence (BI), customer relationship management (CRM) and document management. Steltix is especially focused on the semi-process industry, including the food market. This specific knowledge will now be complemented by the acquisition of Pyxis Consulting Group, with expertise from the biotechnological branch and the medical instrument industry.
