Steltix holds great value in treating the privacy and personal data of applicants in accordance with the GDPR. Steltix collects and processes personal data of applicants, such as name, initial(s), title, nationality, address, postal code, city, date- and place of birth, gender, education, employment history, email-address, phone number etc. In addition to the information provided to Steltix by the applicant, we may collect information from public sources such as LinkedIn.
We have no intention to process information other than abovementioned sensitive or special personal data. Whenever you share such personal data with us (for example; by sending a photo identification, notifying us of your membership of a trade union or when you indicate to us having certain religious beliefs), by doing so, you unequivocally give us consent to process such data.
The collected personal data is stored within a secure environment to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration of the data. Your information will only be used to allow for a responsible and efficient recruitment process. During a recruitment procedure, resumes will be kept for a maximum of 8 weeks. Keeping a resume in our portfolio will strictly occur after consultation with, and agreement from, the applicant. The data will then be stored in our portfolio for a maximum of one year. Without your explicit consent, we do not provide personal data to third parties.
