The survey results are very interesting and with the coöperation of Klee associates we're making them freely available to everyone.

Here's a brief summary of the highlights:

  • 22% of the respondents are on World, 78% on EnterpriseOne.
  • 27% of the E1 clients are on Xe/8.0.
  • 41% of the E1 clients are planning an upgrade in the next 12 months.
  • 79% of the World clients are interested in taking public, live, instructor led classes--something that Oracle hasn't offered for several years.
  • 31% of the respondents said that end user training was their biggest JDE training challenge.
  • Although only 12% of all JDE training is currently virtual (over the web), the majority of clients want to see a more even mix of classroom and virtual training in the future.
  • 58% of clients are interested in JDE certification for themselves.
  • 73% of respondents rated JDEtips training as excellent or very good.
  • 38% of respondents rated Oracle training as excellent or very good.
